Pradeep is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer for TrackDfect. He brings more than a decade years of experience in the IT & ITES Sales & Marketing space. He is ultimately responsible for leading the growth & profitability of the organization, increase market penetration, establishing policies-procedures-strategies aligned with the integrity and values of the firm. He holds a Masters degree in Marketing from Loyala Institute of Business Administration. His core strength lies in his friendly attitude, never-give-up approach, commitment towards values & ethics.
MAKESH L – COO
Makesh is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer for TrackDfect. He is having around 17+ years of experience in Software Testing Industry. In his previous assignments have led Test Consulting practice, Web & Mobile Testing Practice, supported product based companies on new testing initiatives across different domains i.e. Banking, Healthcare, Telecom, Logistics, Retail and ERP. At TrackDfect he is responsible overseeing operations and strategizes organizational growth.
